3D Foam Carving and Fabrication was started due to a need for quality props that range the gamut of creativity. We have been in the prop building business for over 20 years and have a lot of projects under our belt.

Our company is comprised of several partners, all with years of experience in production design, art direction and props. Together, we have been involved in many Hollywood projects, TV productions and countless videos. One of the partners, Richard Brown, is considered to be one of the finest Art Directors in the business. He has had the pleasure to work along side some of the industries powerhouses such as Micheal Bay, Joe Pytka, Jerry Bruckheimer and Joel Silver just to name a few. In addition, he has worked on several features including “Last of the Mohicans”, “Bad Boys” and “Into the Blue” . National commercials he has contributed to extend upwards of 1,200 and include: Honda, Sony, EA Sports, VW, Pizza Hut, and Mercedes-Benz.
